New week, new sketch!!!

At the Outlawz!!

Wow, time flies doesn't it!! It is again Wednesday so time for a new sketch 

At the Outlawz!!

And this is the card I created, using Tulip Border

The tulips are colored with copics and fuzzy cut.

The background is one of my stash, i think  with shaving foa technique, added a flowery foil to the background.
